These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the rollrig.com website (the "Site") and the purchase of products from RollRig ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Intended Use

RollRig manufactures and sells cone filling and closing equipment designed for use with legal dry materials including, but not limited to, cannabis (where legal), hemp, CBD, tobacco, and herbal blends.

Our products are production equipment only. We do not sell, distribute, or promote any controlled substances. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the use of this equipment and the materials processed with it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from RollRig. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and shipping information

4. Shipping

  • Continental US: Free standard shipping (USPS Priority or UPS Ground)
  • Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: Calculated shipping cost at checkout
  • International: Calculated shipping cost at checkout. Buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. RollRig is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

5. Returns and Refunds

  • 30-day return policy: You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a refund
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • Buyer pays return shipping costs
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product
  • Custom-made or modified products (e.g., custom tray sizes) are non-returnable unless defective

6. Warranty

RollRig products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by use with incompatible materials or equipment
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RollRig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in Section 6, our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific production requirements or that they are suitable for any particular regulatory environment.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, designs, and software — is the property of RollRig and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

  • Interfere with the operation of the Site
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use our products in violation of any applicable law or regulation
